gross post-gym potato-looking Paris is a happy Paris :)
today
breakfast: one wholemeal muffin, a coffee (250)
lunch: one egg, two slices wholemeal bread, one protein shake (354)
dinner: homemade fried rice, cooked by yours truly (~400c)
snacks: 2x coffee, an apple, a banana, 25 almonds (456)
total: 1460
a bit higher than I’d like, and my workout at the gym wasn’t the best I’ve ever done, but happy nonetheless :)
